Over the years, she’s hosted and MC’d multiple events, including teen domestic violence prevention and awareness programs, entrepreneurial workshops, and creative arts initiatives. Whether she’s engaging with audiences on the importance of breaking mental health barriers or helping entrepreneurs find their voice, Trayonna’s mission is clear: to empower others to unlock their full potential and realize their worth.

​     At just 22 years old, Trayonna is a force to be reckoned with. As the Chief Operating Officer of Speak Woman Magazine & Marketing, a global publication with readers in over 90 countries, Trayonna exemplifies the new era of young, Innovative leadership.
          From an early age, Trayonna has demonstrated the power of passion, perseverance, and purpose. Beginning her journey as a dancer at the age of 4, she has graced stages in churches, theaters, and production houses, captivating audiences with her artistic talent. Beyond her love for the performing arts, Trayonna's entrepreneurial spirit was sparked when she joined forces with her mother—the founder of Speak Woman Magazine and Marketing—at just 12 years old. Together, they created and executed dynamic events that range from fashion shows to stage plays, establishing a unique brand    identity while empowering women around the world.
In her role as COO, Trayonna seamlessly blends her years of experience in event management with her expertise in branding and marketing. She has led campaigns that have driven brand awareness across industries, managed global branding strategies, and built relationships with clients in over 90 countries. Her ability to balance creative vision with strategic leadership sets her apart as a trailblazer for young women looking to make their mark in business.

          As COO of Speak Woman, Trayonna has built and managed teams of up to 50 professionals, ensuring operational efficiency and excellence at every level. She has a clear focus on bringing innovative solutions to the forefront, developing marketing strategies that push boundaries, elevate brands, and engage global audiences.
 
          From startup operations to international brand expansions, Trayonna’s leadership has been key in the global market. Additionally, Trayonna is a graduate of the Media & Video Production program at the Miami Valley Career Technology Center. Her education in content creation and digital marketing has provided her with a solid foundation in multimedia production; skills that she uses daily to continue building a beneficial digital presence for brands in a variety of industries.

What's Next?
     Trayonna’s future plans include further expansion of her branding and marketing expertise, entering the real estate arena, and creating collaborative spaces for young entrepreneurs to thrive. As Trayonna puts it, “I want to make sure young women know that they are capable of achieving greatness. It’s all about eliminating excuses and taking bold steps toward excellence.”
